Aika Donath is currently serving as a Project Officer at Catalyste+ since June 2023, contributing to the Accelerating Women's Empowerment (AWE) program in partnership with Global Affairs Canada. From June 2019 to June 2023, Aika worked as a Project Officer at IMED Foundation, focusing on the Tanzania Renewable Energy Business Incubator (TAREBI) project, which aimed to enhance the skills of vocational training graduates in solar energy installation. Additionally, Aika held the position of Research Consultant for the Agricultural Markets Development Trust (AMDT), which sought to improve incomes and job opportunities for underprivileged individuals in Tanzania. Aika's earlier experience includes a role as a Project Intern at SHENZHEN RIGHT NET TECH CO, LTD (Amanbo.com) in 2017. Aika holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Zhejiang Normal University, completed in 2019.
