Emily Livorsi

Emily Livorsi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational psychology. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and VP of People at Catamount Constructors from September 2022 to May 2025, Emily previously held the position of Senior Consultant for People Insights at BetterUp between March 2021 and August 2022. Prior to that, Emily was a Principal Consultant and Team Leader at FMI, a management consulting and investment banking firm focused on the engineering and construction industry, from May 2014 to March 2021. Additional roles include leadership positions at Colorado State University, as a MAIOP Course Developer and Instructor, and various consultancy roles at Sentis. Emily holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
