Prior to that, Raymond was part of the event staff at It's JUST Food, LLC from March 2014 to January 2015, where Raymond was involved in customer interaction, wine service, and event setup. Additionally, Raymond served as the Head Patissier at The Dusty Rose Tea Room from July 2012 to January 2013, successfully handling high-volume baking and cooking tasks, including preparing High Tea for a group of 80 guests.
