Jeanetta Harris

Jeanetta Harris, MHRM, MBA, is an accomplished human performance expert with extensive experience in custom learning, change management, and technical communication. Currently serving as the Cybersecurity Learning and Development Program Manager at Caterpillar Inc. since June 2020, Jeanetta also holds the position of President & Chief Learning Officer at JLH Training LLC, which has been active since January 2004. Additionally, Jeanetta contributes to the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as VP of Membership and is a member of ISPI. Jeanetta's educational background includes a Master of Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University.
