Benjamin Pan

Benjamin Pan is an accomplished professional in the field of polymers and materials, currently serving as Assistant President at Cathay Biotech Inc. since November 2023, overseeing the Bio Polyamides Business Unit and leading the International Business Division. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various significant positions, including Global Automotive Marketing Manager at Celanese after its acquisition of DuPont's M&M Business, and spent over seven years at DuPont in multiple leadership roles focused on automotive marketing and application development. Additional notable experience includes serving as Global Business Manager for Specialty Polyamides at Arkema and Marketing and Sales Director at Suzhou HiPro Polymers, where a successful transition from a local startup to an international player was achieved. Benjamin began the career at SK Chemicals as a Product Engineer and laid the foundation for Evonik's High Performance Polymers business in Greater China.
