Hersh Dogra

Hersh Dogra currently serves as Assistant Vice President and previously as Manager of Technology and Infrastructure at Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company since May 2021. Prior to this, Hersh held the position of Manager of IT Infrastructure Services at Burgundy Asset Management Ltd. from June 2014 to July 2020, overseeing the firm's IT strategy with a focus on infrastructure architecture, security, and risk management. Hersh's expertise includes transforming corporate networks, establishing ISO27001 security frameworks, and implementing ITIL-based service management. Earlier experience includes roles as Principal Consultant and Network Consultant at IT Weapons, where significant contributions included developing business strategies, managing IT support teams, and designing secure network solutions. Hersh began a career at The Home Depot as a Department Manager after receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University in 2004.
