Cate Dussek obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from James Madison University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Cate also has additional certifications including a Professional Coaching Certificate (Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance) from American University ICF ACTP Level 2, obtained in February 2023; a Top Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense, obtained in May 2018; and a Certified Federal Contract Manager certification from NCMA, obtained in February 2013.
