Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis
Jared Zimmerman is currently engaged in multiple roles, including as a Scholar at the Terrence J. Murphy Institute for Catholic Thought, Law and Business at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where there is a focus on the intersection of Catholic doctrine and public policy. In addition, Jared serves as a Legislative Assistant for the Minnesota Senate, providing support in legislative tracking and constituent communications. As a Client Advocate for Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, Jared develops outreach strategies for at-risk populations. Previous experience includes positions as a Police Officer with the Lino Lakes Police Department and a Public Safety Officer at Bemidji State University. Jared is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, alongside a Master's degree in Catholic Studies, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Law Enforcement.
