Renee Holland

Renee Holland serves as the Head of Staff Learning and Development at Caulfield Grammar School since January 2025, where responsibilities include developing a professional learning framework, designing career pathways, and overseeing professional learning initiatives. Prior to this role, Renee was the Organisational Development and Insights Lead at Beyond Blue from August 2021 to January 2025, achieving significant cultural transformation, implementing talent management strategies, and conducting employee engagement surveys. Previous experience includes the Operations Manager at Positive Psychology Centres, Learning and Organisational Development Manager at BMW Group Financial Services Australia, and National Talent Development Manager at Deloitte Australia, among others. Renee's expertise spans talent management, capacity building, and learning strategy implementation, supported by a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education from RMIT University.
