Laura Karotie

Laura Karotie currently serves as Vice President – Advisory, Digital & Industrial Partnerships at Caverion Finland, with P&L responsibility for a team of approximately 700 service professionals in property management and industrial operations. Prior roles at Caverion include Vice President of Property Management Services and Vice President of Services Business Development, covering multiple countries in Northern and Central Europe. Laura has also held board member positions at Arandur Oy and Vihertaso Oy ja Viherpalvelu Greener, and previously worked at The Boston Consulting Group in various capacities, including Senior Manager and Head of Nordic Marketing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and additional training from IMD and Henley Business School.
