Mitch Gaynor is Marvell’s Chief Administration and Legal Officer and oversees the company’s Human Resources, Legal, Compliance and Government Affairs teams. In his role, Mitch continues to transform Marvell’s work environment into one in which employees can do their best work, grow their careers and share in the company’s success.
Mitch has more than 20 years of experience as an executive officer at publicly held tech companies where he led their legal departments. Prior to joining Marvell in 2016, Mitch was an Executive Officer and General Counsel at Juniper Networks, Portal Software and Sybase, Inc. He started his legal career at the San Francisco law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.
Mitch is a recipient of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 2018 Bay Area Corporate Counsel Award. Mitch earned a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
