Leanne Adams is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management across various industries. Currently serving as Financial Director at CAYA Studios since August 2021 and as UK Financial Director at Avantgarde since July 2019, Leanne has demonstrated expertise in financial oversight and strategy. Previous roles include Finance Manager and Assistant Management Accountant at Start Design Consultancy from January 2014 to June 2019, as well as an Accounting Control Review Analyst at IBM in 2011-2012. Leanne holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance with a Year in Industry from the University of Kent and has completed A Levels in Maths, Geography, and Drama, alongside an IFRS Certificate in Financial Studies at Alton College.
