Nathan Hayes

Nathan Hayes is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project delivery and management. Currently serving as the Head of Project Delivery at CBH Group since April 2018, Nathan leads a team focused on expansion and sustainability projects aligned with the company’s Network Strategy. Previous roles include positions at AGC as Senior Project Manager and Maintenance Services Manager, overseeing Chevron's Brownfields Maintenance and various significant projects. Early career experience encompasses roles at FAST JV, UGL Limited, and other engineering firms, demonstrating a strong background in project engineering across diverse sectors, including mining and resource management. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Curtin University, obtained in 2000.
