Steven Bate

Steven Bate has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Steven started their career as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Greythorn in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Steven then joined Kamco as an IT Recruitment Consultant where they managed high volume recruitment activities for the Myki project. In 2010, Steven moved to Davidson Technology (incorporating ITCOM) as an Account Delivery Manager and later became the Client Services Manager - Financial Services. During their time at Davidson, the company merged with ITCOM to create a comprehensive technology recruitment service. In 2018, Steven joined Cbus Super Fund as the Talent Acquisition Partner and is currently serving as the Head of Talent.

From 1999 to 2001, Steven Bate attended Winchester College, where they obtained a 2:2 degree in Business Management.
