Teri Williams

Teri Williams is a member of the Board of Directors, President, Chief Operating Officer, and owner of OneUnited Bank. She brings 30 years of financial services expertise from premier institutions that also include Bank of America and American Express. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA) and is an outspoken advocate for investment in underserved black communities, having been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and other publications regarding her leadership in the “Bank Black” movement. Teri has received numerous notations and awards for her contribution to urban communities, including from the Urban League, NAACP, and the National Black MBA Association. She received her MBA with honors from Harvard University and her bachelor’s degree in Economics with distinctions from Brown University.
