Will Bateman is an accomplished CEO and Founder of CCell, where innovative eco-based coastal protection technology harnesses renewable wave and solar energy. With a strong foundation in hydrodynamics from Fairlead Maritime and project management at Lloyd's Register, Will has successfully led significant projects in marine robotics and intranet redevelopment. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Research and Development at GLR Solutions Ltd, Lead Flood Modeller at Risk Management Solutions, and Software Engineer at General Dynamics, Canada. Will holds a PhD in 3D effects in fully nonlinear directional seas and an MEng in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from Imperial College London.
