As the Founder and CEO of TLC Homes Services Kenya, I lead the company’s strategic vision across real estate, agriculture, logistics, and community development. My career began in the most hands-on way—working as a casual laborer while pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration at the Kenya Institute of Management. That experience taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and accountability—principles that continue to guide the business today.

A defining moment came with a simple idea: to turn cleaning work into a career. That vision led to the founding of TLC Homes, built on the core values of Transparency, Love, and Care. Since then, I’ve expanded our operations into property management, construction, and multisectoral service delivery—transforming humble beginnings into a platform company committed to impact and innovation.

I hold a Diploma in Legal Studies from the Kenya School of Law and continue to build TLC Homes as a people-driven company that prioritizes ethical leadership and sustainable growth.
