Mark Chana has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Mark started their professional journey in 1998 as an Operations Manager at Nestle S.A. Mark then moved on to ALDI Stores in 2001, where they worked as an Area Manager for three years. In 2004, they joined Phones 4u as an Associate Sales Director and stayed with the company until 2007. During this time, they were responsible for managing the sales team. In 2007, they joined CCI Global as a Managing Director, overseeing the operational delivery of the company's international and domestic activities. Mark held this position for over 13 years and played a significant role in the company's growth from a small team of 200 employees to over 9,000. In October 2020, they were promoted to the Chief Operating Officer role at CCI Global, where they currently hold the position. Additionally, in 2018, they became a member of the BPeSA Board, highlighting their involvement in the industry.

Mark Chana completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Biochemical Engineering from UCL in 1997, and later pursued their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in the same field from Purdue University, which they completed in 1998.
