Nigel also served as the Head of Outsourcing / Vendor Management at XLN | for small business and as the Head of Operational Excellence at Volkswagen Financial Services. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at CCI South Africa.

Nigel Metcalfe attended the University of Portsmouth from 2005 to 2008, earning a degree in Business and Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
