Siobhain Goodall has held various positions in the contact centre industry, starting as an Account Manager at Ventura in 1996. Siobhain then moved on to become a Business Development Manager at mplcontact, where Siobhain later became the Head Of Business Development. Currently, Siobhain holds the role of Senior Client Executive at Ventrica and is also a Business Development Manager at CCMA | Call Centre Management Association. Siobhain has served as a Judge for both the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards and the UK National Contact Centre Awards. Siobhain's extensive experience in business development and client management has made their a valuable asset in the industry.
