Omayra Patterson

Omayra Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Omayra is currently working as a Regional Human Resources Generalist & Recruiter at C&C Produce since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Leap Companies as the Vice President of Recruitment Operations from March 2022, and previously as the Director of Recruitment and Training from April 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Leap Companies, Omayra served as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Paydayz Staffing Solutions from October 2018 to April 2021. Omayra also worked as the Director of Staffing & Recruitment at On Demand Employment Services from June 2017 to October 2018.

In addition, Omayra gained experience as a Senior Staffing Coordinator at HOOPER HOLMES HEALTH & WELLNESS from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Migrant Services Manager at Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools from September 2011 to June 2017.
