Kristi Morgan

Kristi Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Since May 2004, Kristi has held the position of Project Management and Commercial Leader at CDM Smith, where responsibilities include assisting Delivery Leaders in successfully delivering CEI projects across Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee, while also being recognized as an expert in the Global Delivery Excellence Framework and project management practices. Previously, from July 2001 to May 2004, Kristi served as Office Manager of Plant Operations at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, managing maintenance requests, project budgets, and administrative tasks. Additionally, Kristi worked as Office Manager and Real Estate Salesperson at Halstead & Tapp, Inc. from June 1996 to June 2001, where key duties involved managing appraisal documentation and financial reporting. Kristi holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
