Hayley Skinner

Hayley Skinner is an accomplished professional in the field of population health management and healthcare analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Population Health Management at CDPHP since September 2019, Hayley collaborates with the Chief Medical Officer to lead the development and expansion of CDPHP's Population Health Management strategy, focusing on the diverse health needs of members. Previous roles include Director of Healthcare Analytics at Health Management Associates and Senior Consultant at ProHealth Physicians, where Hayley provided critical analytics to support population health initiatives. Hayley's extensive experience also includes various positions at CDPHP, The Advisory Board Company, and the New York State Department of Health, all emphasizing data integration, clinical performance reporting, and infection control research. Hayley holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health.
