Justin Naef

Justin Naef is an experienced professional in sales operations, enablement, and training, currently serving as Director of Sales Operations, Enablement and Training at CDPHP since July 2020. With previous roles at CDPHP including Manager of Small Business Account Management and Sales Enablement, and Supervisor of Sales Enablement for Small Group Commercial Sales, Justin has developed a strong background in sales leadership. Prior experience includes significant positions at HANYS and Strategic Benefit Services as an Account Manager, and a decade at Nexgen Wireless & Communications LLC, where Justin held multiple leadership roles including VP of Operations and Director of Operations, overseeing a large sales team and operational management across numerous retail locations.
