Thomas Noel is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the field of project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Coordinator at CDPQ Infra since May 2018, Thomas is involved in supporting the management of the REM project in Montreal. Previous experience includes a role as a Project Management Consultant at Proxima from April 2016 to April 2018, and a Project Planner position at Voith Hydro, where Thomas contributed to the development of a budget control tool for hydroelectric turbine-alternator projects in late 2014. Additionally, during a project management internship at ERDF in summer 2013, Thomas implemented a strategic decision-making tool that enhanced performance monitoring and productivity. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and an engineering diploma from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
