Tom Langefeld

Tom Langefeld is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate counsel roles. Since February 2005, Tom has served as VP & Assistant General Counsel at CDW, after previously holding the position of Senior Counsel. Prior to CDW, Tom worked as Counsel at PeopleSoft/Oracle from April 2002 to January 2005 and as Senior Counsel at Comdisco from November 1998 to April 2002. Tom began career in law at Alltel Corporation, serving as an Attorney from 1993 to 1998. Tom holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law, earned between 1988 and 1991, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa, obtained from 1984 to 1988.
