Paul Allen Henley

Paul Allen Henley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and company development. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at CEA Group since 2018, Paul also operates as Principal at Paul Henley Associates, LLC, starting in 2004, providing advisory services to over 100 public and private companies in financing and public market activities. Previously, Paul founded and held CEO positions at Athena Capital Partners and Horizon Capital Inc. Additionally, Paul began a career in finance as a Registered Representative at Morgan Stanley and later worked at Lehman Brothers in private placements. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management-Marketing from The Florida State University.
