Colette Hastings Featherly

Colette Hastings Featherly has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Oxford in 2010, she worked at Dymas Capital Management, a middle market lending affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management. Previously, she held positions at American Capital and CIBC World Markets.

Colette holds a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
