Marc Bruzzo

Marc Bruzzo is an experienced executive in the human capital management sector, currently serving as the Head of the HCM Division for Cegid, overseeing teams in France and internationally since September 2019. Prior to this role, Marc held the position of CEO at Meta4 from September 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing over 250 employees and delivering high-performance HR solutions. As the founder of HR Speaks from January 2011 to July 2015, Marc orchestrated innovative events for the HR community. Additional noteworthy roles include Senior Vice President at ADP Europe, leading a significant sales organization across multiple countries, and various leadership positions within ADP, including CEO roles for South & Central Europe and Italy. Marc holds an MBA in Business Administration from ISC Paris, completed between 1981 and 1984.
