As Head of Human Resources, Leila is focused on fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture at Celestica. In her role, she leads the Global Human Resources organization and oversees the Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion and Rewards and Recognition practices.
Since joining Celestica in 2011, Leila has held progressively senior roles in Human Resources, most recently Vice President, Rewards and Talent Management.
Prior to joining Celestica, Leila held senior Human Resources roles at Nortel, a multinational telecommunications and data networking equipment manufacturer, where she was accountable for global pension, rewards, and incentive plan design in support of company goals. Prior to her career in Human Resources, Leila spent over 20 years in finance in a number of disciplines including investor relations, financial reporting and strategic business intelligence.
