Sue Fellows

Sue Fellows currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Celigo since June 2023, following a similar role at JobNimbus from April 2022 to December 2022. Prior to these positions, Sue held the Chief Customer Officer title at Adobe Workfront from September 2015 to July 2021 and served as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. An advisory role at Inkling in mid-2015 involved assisting in the development of a Customer Success Management function. Sue was also Vice President of Global Customer Excellence at Apttus from July 2013 to March 2015, overseeing Customer Success and Support teams to enhance client engagement.
