Justin Birtz

Justin Birtz currently serves as SVP of People & Culture at Cellino, having previously held the position of VP of People Operations at Lyra Therapeutics and VP of People & Culture at Cedilla Therapeutics. At Cedilla, Justin was a strategic partner to the executive team, focusing on organizational strategy and goals for drug discovery efforts. Earlier roles include Director of People Operations at BitSight, where Justin developed leadership and performance programs, and Director of HR Business Partnership at iRobot, overseeing global HR support. Justin's extensive experience spans various HR functions at companies such as Imprivata, Teladoc Health, Symbotic, ZOLL Medical Corporation, and Sanofi Genzyme, starting as an HRIS Intern. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the Isenberg School of Management, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College, a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Boston University, and is a certified MBTI trainer.
