Anna Gosiewska, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the fields of degenerative diseases and innovative therapeutic solutions. Currently serving as Vice President at Celularity, Inc. since January 2020, Anna leads the development of strategies for placental therapies, biomaterial discovery, and therapeutics. Prior to this role, Anna enjoyed a distinguished 24-year career at Johnson & Johnson, holding various senior director positions where responsibilities included shaping innovation pipelines based on emerging technologies, advancing drug delivery systems, and overseeing R&D strategies in regenerative medicine and advanced biomaterials. Anna holds a PhD in Medical Biology and an MS in Medical Analytics and Biochemistry from the Medical University of Bialystok, as well as executive education in leadership from Smith College.
