Prior roles include VP of Health System Affiliations at CVS Health (2014-2018), Co-Founder and Executive Vice President at Shields Pharmacy (2012-2014), and Senior Vice President at UMass Memorial Medical Center (2003-2011). Willis obtained an MBA in Healthcare from The Wharton School and a BS in History & American Studies from Brandeis University.
