Hardik Dave has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technology. Later, they worked as a Research Assistant-Web Developer at Florida International University from January 2008 to April 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from South Gujarat University between 2003 and 2006. Hardik also holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Technical Examination Board, which they achieved from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Hardik Dave has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2023, they completed two courses, "Communication Skills for Modern Management" and "Management Foundations," offered by LinkedIn. In 2021, they obtained the "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from Scrum Alliance. Hardik also holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals," "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals," and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate," all earned in July and August of 2021.
