Lily Roberts

Lily Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director in the Inclusive Growth Department at the Center for American Progress, where they have also served as Acting Vice President and Managing Director of the Poverty to Prosperity Team and the Economic Policy Team. In their role as Director of Economic Mobility, they have focused on the COVID-19 economic downturn response, minimum wage and Unemployment Insurance policies, and bridging the Black-white wealth gap. Prior to their work at the Center for American Progress, Lily worked at Mathematica Policy Research as a Program Analyst, conducting research on social safety net policies and providing technical assistance to government grantees. Lily also interned at the National League of Cities and LIFT, Inc., and worked as a Community Impact Associate at The Advisory Board Company.
