Thato Ramoseme serves as the Head of Legal at the Central Bank of Lesotho since November 2015, focusing on the management of legal risk and the development and review of financial sector laws. Prior experience includes a role as a lecturer at the National University of Lesotho from August 2010 to May 2016, where Thato taught Business Policy, Strategic Management, Labour Law, and Case Studies in Labour Law. Additionally, Thato held the position of Deputy Judge President at the Labour Court of Lesotho, assisting in the resolution of industrial disputes from September 2012 to October 2015, and served as an Arbitrator at the Directorate of Dispute Prevention and Resolution from May 2010 to April 2015. Earlier legal experience includes working as Legal Aid Counsel at the Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Correctional Services from December 2004 to April 2010, providing legal advice and representation. Thato holds multiple degrees, including Masters in Business Law and Labour Law & Social Security Law, as well as an Honours degree in Law and an undergraduate degree in Public Administration and Political Science.
