Karen Mullner has worked in the software industry since 1995. Karen began their career as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at XO Communications. In 2005, they moved to Travidia, where they held two roles in Documentation. In 2007, they joined EXL Healthcare as a Product Owner for the CareRadius Suite and a Manager of Software Design. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Product Owner at ABOUT.
Karen Mullner obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Beloit College. Karen also has obtained three additional certifications, including Value-Based Care: Introduction to Value-Based Care and the U.S. Healthcare System from Coursera in March 2021, Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from Coursera in March 2021, and Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2020.
