Jamie L. H. Brown

Jamie L. H. Brown has over 14 years of extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Manager of Professional Development Programs and Faculty Instructor at Central Michigan University since May 1999. Jamie's expertise lies in leadership development, change management, and curriculum design, actively enhancing pedagogical practices and achieving high student satisfaction scores. As the Assistant Director of Career Development, Jamie coached over 400 students in career interests while implementing innovative career coaching programs. Previous roles include Director of Education and Human Services Residential College and Director of Multicultural Academic Student Services, where Jamie managed significant programs, supervised staff, and promoted diversity and inclusion initiatives. Jamie holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Community Leadership from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
