Tami Brincks, PHR, SHRM-CP began their work experience in 1988 as an Official at Upper Iowa Speedway. In 1994, they joined CentralSquare Technologies as a Lead Human Resources Business Partner, where they were responsible for supporting a designated client group with tasks such as Recruiting, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HRIS Administration.Tami also led process improvement projects to support business objectives and the Human Resources strategic plan.
Tami Brincks, PHR, SHRM-CP has completed a Computer Applications Technician program at Northeast Iowa Community College. Tami then pursued a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute and later obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
