Carolina Pina

Carolina Pina is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property Department at Garrigues since September 1997, Carolina also lectures on Intellectual Property Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Prior to these roles, Carolina worked as a lawyer at Marks & Clerk from 1994 to 1997. Continuing professional development includes participation in the International Seminar on Digital Transformation at RCC - Harvard University since 2018, along with academic qualifications from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and Universitat d'Alacant, where Carolina earned a degree in Law.
