Maria Traverso has extensive experience in early childhood education and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Teacher ECE at CentroNía since September 2022, Maria previously held educator positions at Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School and CentroNía. Maria's background in the culinary field includes roles as a Pastry Cook and Pastry Chef at various establishments, including RSVP Catering and RJJ'S RESTAURANT. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, a pastry chef degree from San Pedro Culinary School, and ongoing studies for an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education at the University of the District of Columbia. Maria also holds a CDA from CentroNia Institute, further emphasizing expertise in early childhood education.
