Suzanne Park has over 15 years of international experience in legal, compliance, and commercial roles. Suzanne currently serves as a Board Member at Cornerstone, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Centurion Group as the Head of Compliance and General Counsel from January 2019 to April 2021. From 2014 to 2018, Suzanne was a Director at twelve3, where they provided in-house legal, compliance, and commercial services. Suzanne also served as Group Legal & Compliance Counsel at EnerMech from April 2014 to March 2017 and as Group Legal Counsel at ITS Energy Services from January 2010 to December 2013. Suzanne previously held positions at Wood Group, Vetco International, Vetco Gray, Technip, and Wood Group, where they gained experience as a Legal Advisor, Assistant Company Secretary, Commercial Manager (Nigeria), Contracts Engineer, Senior Legal Executive, and Legal Executive.
Suzanne Park completed their education with a Bachelor of Land Economy (Honors) degree from the University of Aberdeen in 1999. Suzanne then pursued their Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow in 2000. In 2007, they achieved their Diploma in Legal Practice (DipLP) from the University of Aberdeen.
