Stefan Melnyk, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Director of Mixed Use Projects at Century Group since April 2016. Previously, Stefan held the position of Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend - Canada from July 2012 to April 2016 and Development Manager at Terra Housing Consultants from January 2011 to July 2012. Stefan began career as a Project Manager at Progressive Builders Ltd. from February 2004 to January 2011, overseeing significant projects such as the 12-storey McLaren Housing Howe Street Project and the Lux Project, both non-market concrete high rises in Vancouver. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics and Political Science from The University of British Columbia and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
