Stuart Reisman

Stuart Reisman currently holds the position of Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at Cerberus Capital Management since March 2015, overseeing portfolio operations within the firm. Prior to this role, Stuart served as Special Counsel in the Business Transactions Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from February 2006 to March 2015, where responsibilities included representing private equity firms in transactions and managing legal teams. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate in the Corporate and Securities Group at DLA Piper, providing legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings, and serving as an Analyst at Value Line, where Stuart wrote fund performance commentaries. Stuart holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Political Science from Emory University, with additional education at New York University in Spain.
