Cody Dietze

Cody Dietze, MBA, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Compensation at Cerence Inc. since May 2023, Cody has held significant roles at UKG as a Principal Consultant for Global Sales & Services and at MathWorks as a Sr. Compensation Partner. Prior experience includes positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Cody progressed through various roles including Compensation Consultant and Senior Compensation Analyst, as well as a Compensation Analyst at Boston College. Educationally, Cody holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Western Illinois University.
