Allen Seto is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Certinia since November 2021, Seto previously held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Silver Peak, where significant achievements included leading the company's $925 million sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise and overseeing substantial employee growth. Prior roles include Vice President and General Counsel at ShoreTel, where Seto led the company through a strategic review resulting in a $530 million sale to Mitel Networks, and Associate General Counsel at Taleo, advising on a $1.9 billion acquisition by Oracle.
