Ron E. Peck

Ron E. Peck serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President & General Counsel at The Phia Group, LLC since September 2006, specializing in insurance subrogation, claims recovery, ERISA law, and health benefit plan consulting services, while also engaging as a featured speaker and published author at industry events. Prior to this role, Ron held several legal positions at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities included providing legal services as a Senior Vice President & General Counsel and involvement as a Corporate Counsel Intern. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate role at Peck & Peck, Attorneys at Law, and a Summer Clerk position with Hon. Scott Ugell, where Ron developed skills in legal research and drafting on various issues.
