Chrystal Menard

Chrystal Menard serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Cerus since December 2012. Prior to this role, Chrystal worked as an Attorney at Zynga from August 2011 to October 2012 and spent over a decade as a Partner at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP from October 2000 to August 2011. Earlier in the career, Chrystal held an operations position at Boulder Microwave Technologies, Inc. from 1995 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School, obtained between 1997 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 1994.
