Gleb Polishchuk

Gleb Polishchuk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration, currently serving as a Technical System Administrator at CEX.IO since October 2024. Gleb's journey at CEX.IO began in February 2021 as a Quality Control Specialist, where responsibilities included training new customer service staff and ensuring service quality. Gleb has also worked as a Corporate Payment Solutions Specialist and a Technical Support Agent, focusing on customer verification and support for a global user base. Prior roles include IT Support Specialist at monobank, Crisis Manager at Color Metal, and various positions in sales coaching and HR management. Gleb holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Computer Energy Systems and Automation from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.
